Using Workforce General's built-in messaging system, you can easily send an email to an applicant. That information is then archived and stored within Workforce General attached to the applicant allowing for team visibility. If a new recruiter is needed to pick up where a previous one left off, all the communication details are stored with the applicant's profile.
Each applicant can have a phone conversion log attached to the applicant profile. This will allow for you to keep records of when phone conversions with potential hires are completed.
